Skins
Save whole paint jobs as skins. Each copy of the fig can use a different one.
A skin is a fig’s whole paint job under one name: every fill , every pixel of paint , and its animated pages .
Make a skin
Skins is the fourth tool on the Color tab. Its form holds a Skins row of chips and a Motion switch. An animated skin adds Pages, Frame rate, and Shimmy rows. A fig with one paint job shows one chip, Main.
Tap + in the Skins row. The current paint becomes Skin 1, and a copy of it, Skin 2, is applied. A box asks you to name the new skin. Repaint what differs. Tap a chip to apply that skin. Tap the applied chip again to rename it. ✕ removes the applied skin. A fig holds up to 4 skins with Plus. Free keeps 1.
Every skin is also listed under SKINS in Add › Details.
Still or Animated
The Motion switch reads Still or Animated. Switch it to Animated and the skin gets pages that flip as it plays, and a Frame rate row for how fast. See Animated skins . Switching back to Still asks first, then removes every page but the first.
Skins in scenes
In a scene, tap a placed fig and its Picked page has a Skin row. It lists the fig’s skins, with animated ones marked. As saved keeps the skin selected in the editor. The Painted row in Everything in this scene does the same. Each copy of a fig in a scene can use a different skin.
What exports
A .glb bakes in the applied skin. The Game skins (.zip) export includes every skin as its own texture. A shared fig includes all of its skins.
Skins or clothes
Skins change the paint, never the shape. Parts a fig wears (a hat, a jacket) are clothes and are managed in the Closet .
