Remixing a clip

↻ Remix adds the whole clip to your library: the figs and patterns its cuts use, its sounds, a scene built from its last cut (a clip shot on more than one stage gets one scene per stage), and the strip itself with every cut, its words, and its frame. The scene is named after the clip with set after it. The strip is named with remix after it. Figs you already have are not replaced. Everything that was added is marked ↻ remixed from @name.

The player closes and a note says the scenes are on your Scenes tab. Open that scene and select Clip on the Camera tab to reshoot the strip. The original stays on the community shelf. A remix counts as one of your clips on the free plan.

Community cards for clips have a Watch button, so a clip opens in the player from any shelf that shows it.
