Voice changers

A Voice row changes how a take plays back: Yours, Deep, High, Robot, or Gibberish. Tap one and the take plays with that voice. Yours restores the original. It works on any sound on a cut and on the narration.

Where the row is

• Narration: after a take, the + Narration row on Clip organizer reads Your narration. Its card holds Volume, the Voice row, Re-record, and Remove.
• A cut’s sound: once a sound is on the cut, its sound board shows the Voice row under Plays and When. It works on the board’s own sounds and on your recordings. See Sound in a clip .

The recording itself does not change, so you can switch voices without recording again. Re-record replaces the take. Remove deletes it.

The voices

• Deep and High change the pitch and keep the length, so beat holds stay in time.
• Robot adds a buzz.
• Gibberish keeps the take’s rhythm and scrambles its sounds.
