Bend

Mark a bend area with two taps, and the part curls instead of hinging stiffly.

Bend makes a part curl instead of swinging like a plank. Press 🌿 Set bend area, then make two taps on the part: first where the bend begins (below that point it stays stiff), then the tip. Leaf-green dots mark the span. On the Animate card the action is called Bend area:

🌿 Set bend area
With an area set, the Bend stepper in Poses curls it.
Press the button, then make your two taps.

Now the Bend stepper in the pose controls curls the part between those two points: barely at the root, fully at the tip, in 15° notches up to a full curl either way. Tails, stems, antennae.

Bend is a pose control like any other: save a straight pose and a curled pose, press ▶ Play, and the part waves.

Tap the 🌿 Bend area ✓ · clear button to remove the area and make the part rigid again. Pressing Bend with no area set just reminds you to set one first.
