Stickers
A flat, painted cutout that you can attach to the surface of any piece.
A sticker is a flat design. You draw it in the Pattern studio , and it becomes available to apply onto the surfaces of pieces.
Create a sticker
On the home Patterns tab, tap the dashed New button and select Sticker.
Draw the design in the studio; blank space is see-through. The sticker is saved to the Your stickers row on the Patterns tab, and becomes available in the Stickers… menu inside the Add tab of every workspace.
Apply a sticker
In the Add tab, tap Stickers… located below the standard shapes. Select a sticker, then tap a location on a piece.
The sticker attaches to the surface and conforms to the piece’s shape. It is linked to that part and moves with it when the piece is moved or posed. The tool remains active so you can place multiple copies. Tap the ✕ to exit the tool.
Managing stickers
Your saved stickers are located in the Your stickers row on the home Patterns tab. Tap a sticker to open it in the studio and edit the drawing. The updated version appears in the Stickers… menu across all your projects.
In the Add tab, tap Stick a part on, then tap a sticker that is already stuck. Its row shows which piece it is on. Use the switch to choose between Flat or Surface to control how the sticker wraps along the surface. Tapping Peel it off detaches the sticker, converting it back into a standard, independent piece.
Stick a part on
An existing piece in the workspace can also be attached as a sticker (for example, a 3D patch on a sleeve, or a pet on a fig’s shoulder).
In the Add tab, tap Stick a part on. First tap the piece you want to use, then tap the target location on the destination piece. The piece attaches, links to the new location, and wraps along the surface. After the stick, the Place page shows the part’s name with a Flat or Surface switch and Peel it off. Use the switch to adjust how it wraps, or tap Peel it off to detach it.
