Build a vase
Narrow the neck, widen the middle, and narrow the base with rings.

Shape one cylinder into a vase with rings in Adjust.
1. Drop the blank
Drop a Cylinder on open floor, taller than it is wide.
2. Squeeze in a neck
Switch to Adjust, tap Resize, and set Pick to Rings. Tap near the top of the cylinder; a ring lights up around it. Press Thinner on the Steps card two or three times to narrow the neck.
3. Round out the belly
Tap the middle for a new ring and press Wider twice. (If the ring you want does not light up, Next ▲ on the Select bar moves to it, or Build › Cut cuts a new one where you need it.)
4. Tighten the base
Tap near the bottom for one more ring and press Thinner once.
5. Color it
Fill it with one color, or open Paint and add a band of pattern.
