Written walkthrough
The gift box looks like a stacking build, but its secret is Draw a shape, the tool for growing part of a face instead of all of it. (Pressing Out on the box’s top would just make the box taller; the ribbon needs a drawn outline.)
1. Stamp the box
A Cube on open floor. Every present starts the same.
2. Raise the ribbon
Switch to Grow and flip the card’s switch to Draw a shape . Tap the front face (dots appear) and trace a tall strip straight up the middle, keeping it just inside the face’s edges, then close the loop. Set Depth to 1, leave the switch on Out, and press Build. A raised ribbon strip, exactly where you drew it. Do the same on the top face so the ribbon reads as wrapping over the box.
3. Tie the bow
Still in Draw a shape, trace a small square in the middle of the top, right on the ribbon, and Build it one step taller. That little block reads as the knot of the bow.
4. Wrap it in color
The ribbon and bow are separate faces now, so coloring is easy: box one color, ribbon another. The Brush makes grabbing the whole ribbon strip a single swipe before you Fill .
Draw a shape is the gateway to detail work: house windows, name plaques, chocolate squares: anything that should rise from (or sink into) the middle of a face.
