Written walkthrough
The chibi is the graduation build: one sphere becomes a whole small person, and every phase gets a turn. Big head, big heart.
1. Turn on Mirror
Mirror on: arms, legs, and pigtails all come in pairs.
2. Stamp the head
One big Sphere. In chibi proportions the head is most of the character. Resist the urge to shrink it.
3. Cinch a neck
In Nudge, Slice an Across line near the sphere’s bottom, then press Thinner on the new ring a couple of times. The sphere gains a chin and the start of a neck.
4. Grow the body down
In Grow, tap the bottom of the head and press Out twice: a stubby body, properly smaller than the head.
5. Arms, legs, pigtails
All the same move, mirrored: side faces of the body → Out for arms; bottom faces → Out for legs; top-side faces of the head → Out for pigtails (or Pinch them into cat ears; no one is stopping you). Two Outs per limb makes elbows and knees if you’re feeling ambitious.
6. Skin, hair, face
Fill skin, hair, and outfit colors. Then the part that brings it alive: Paint the face. Two big eyes, a tiny mouth, maybe pink cheek dots. Chibi rules: eyes low on the face, and bigger than feels reasonable.
This is the build that turns into you, your friends, and everyone you know, and each one is fully riggable in Animate afterward.
