Export a classic item to Roblox
Download the template sheet, view it on a body in Studio for free, or upload it.
A finished garment exports from Ünflat as the PNG sheet Roblox expects: 585×559 for shirts and pants, 512×512 for t-shirts, pixels placed one for one. Roblox accepts it as is.
1. Download the sheet
Open the Share menu, tap For a game: Roblox, .glb, sprites…, then Roblox. A garment’s Roblox page holds one section: Export template (.png) and its Download .png button. The card is described on Roblox clothes .
After the download, a message says how many template patches were used. Reshaped parts that moved off the body stay blank on the sheet.
2. See it on a body, free
Get the file to a computerwith Roblox Studio. In the Ünflat Studio plugin , tap Dress a rig… and select the .png. The plugin applies it to the selected rig, or to a new block rig when nothing is selected. Wearing it in Studio is free, and so is using it in a game you are building.
The preview lasts for the Studio session. To keep it, upload the PNG in Studio’s Asset Manager and paste its id into the clothing’s template property. The walkthrough Roblox: see it on an avatar (free) shows each step.
3. Wear it for real
To put the shirt in your Roblox inventory so your avatar can wear it anywhere, use Roblox’s own upload page on the web. The walkthrough Roblox: sell it on the Marketplace covers it.
Skip the computer
Connect a Roblox accountand the Roblox page gains an Upload to Roblox button under Download .png. It uploads the sheet to your own account as a decal, free. Roblox reviews it for a few minutes. It then appears in the Creator Hub under Development Items, Decals, not in the avatar inventory.
Connecting is optional and needs a Roblox account that is 13 or older. The .png works for everyone.
