Written walkthrough
The cat is the Characters branch’s first build, and its real lesson is Mirror: creatures are symmetric, and Mirror means you only ever build one half.
1. Turn on Mirror
Before anything else, tap Mirror in the viewport. The word chip should read ↔ left–right; that’s the axis a face wants. From here on, whatever you do on one side happens on the other .
2. Stamp the body
A Sphere on open floor: one ball is body and head both; chunky is charming. (Stamping isn’t mirrored, since the sphere’s own symmetry is enough.)
3. Grow the ears
Switch to Grow and tap a patch on the top of the head, off to one side. Press Out : two ear stubs appear, one each side, courtesy of the mirror. Tap an ear’s flat tip and press Pinch , and both ears sharpen at once.
4. Grow a tail
Tap a face on the back and press Out two or three times for a proper tail. It sits on the mirror line, so it grows once, right up the middle. The app tells you when an edit lands single-sided like this.
5. Fur and face
Fill the fur color, then open Paint on the front for eyes, a triangle nose, and whiskers. Whiskers via Paint is the official cat secret.
6. Make the tail wag
The tail was grown from the body, so for a wag, tap over to Animate: give the body a subtle two-pose lean with poses and a 🔁 Loop trigger . A cat that sways is alive. (For a tail that wags on its own, build the tail as a separate stamped piece next time and Attach it.)
