Arms, legs, ears, and eyes come in pairs, and building the second one by hand never comes out quite the same. Mirror a copy fixes that: sculpt one, press one button, get its twin flipped across the middle.

1. Sculpt one arm

Give a body a single arm. Stamp a small Cylinder beside the torso, or grow one out of the body’s side and pull it to a nice bend. Put all your care into this one arm. It’s the only one you’ll ever build.

2. Name it

In Stack, tap the arm and the Object card opens. Type a name in the name field at the top: “left arm”. Naming takes two seconds and pays off forever; when your flatling has ten parts, “left arm” beats “cylinder 7” every time.

3. Mirror a copy

On the same card, press Mirror a copy. A twin appears on the other side of the model, flipped across the middle, bend and all. Not a plain copy: a true reflection, so a left arm becomes a right arm. Tap the new piece and name it too. “Right arm”. Done.

4. Color the pair

Fill each arm to match the body, or give the pair matching sleeves. The two pieces stay their own pieces, so they can wave separately later. One arm waving and one arm still is 90% of personality.

Mirror a copy makes a flipped twin of a finished piece, once. The Mirror toggle is its live cousin: it repeats your edits on both sides while you sculpt. Sculpting a creature from scratch? Toggle. Already built one good arm? Mirror a copy.
